What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that, you have 30 days to log in and export your data from your profile. If you resubscribe within that window, all your history is still there.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your profile. You only pay the prorated difference when switching mid-cycle.

Is my health data private?
